Delivery Times & Charges

Shop and Accessories

Packaging and handling for shop items are charged per consignment dependant on the weight of the item. This is calculated automatically and added to the order value.

Updated 09.08.23: Click & collect is now available on all shop accessories, which can be collected within 1 hour of ordering online.

Updated 12.11.21: Delivery charges range from £8.50 to £12.50 per consignment dependent on the weight and number of items ordered.

This is with the exception of some items including but not exclusive to chairs and tables which are subject to a £15.00 delivery charge per item ordered. This is due to the length of the parcel being over 1 meter and weight of the parcel resulting in a surcharge from our delivery provider, UPS. This £15.00 surcharge is advised under each product description if this is applicable to the item. 

The Windbreaks will also incur a £15.00 deliver charge as they will be despatched and delivered direct from the manufacturer.

Wandahome, Knottingley will offer free delivery on orders which are over £100.00 in value. The surcharge items including but not exclusive to chairs, tables, windbreaks ect. are excluded from this offer and customers will be charged the £15.00 delivery charge of these items accordingly. The Avtex televisions are also excluded from this offer as they will be delivered direct from the manufacturer. 

The delivery charges stated above cover delivery to addresses in mainland England, Scotland and Wales only.

All orders will be processed, packaged and delivered to the customer within 3 working days. If the customers email address and telephone number is entered into the system during the order process, the customer will be sent a confirmation email and will also receive a text message from UPS with a one-hour time slot on the day of delivery.

At Wandahome, Knottingley all products are thoroughly checked and inspected before post and packaging. However, if you are unhappy with an item, you may return the item to Wandahome, Knottingley using the returns label which is enclosed within your packaging. Wandahome, Knottingley will not accept a return if products have been used or damaged and they must be returned within their original packaging. Wandahome, Knottingley will accept returns and issue a full refund if the product is returned within 14 days of customer receipt. Wandahome, Knottingley will also accept an in store return.

In the event that an order cannot be fulfilled in full or the delivery time cannot be achieved, a representative of Wandahome, Knottingley will inform the customer and a refund will be issued. 

Awnings

All main brands of full awnings and porches - Dorema, Bradcot, Isabella, Ventura are free mainland delivery. 

Kampa Revo Zips are subject to a £40.00 delivery charge due to the length of the packaging.

Awning Delivery Times 

If the product is in stock at Wandahome, Knottingley orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 3 working days. An email will be sent to the customer confirming the date of delivery. 

If the product is not in stock or is to be delivered direct from one of our suppliers, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the new delivery date. We would expect this to be within 5 to 10 working days of the order date. 

In the event an order cannot be fulfilled in full a representative of Wandahome, Knottingley will inform the customer and a refund will be issued.
