Job Description: CARAVAN SALES PERSON Wandahome is one of the countries leading retailers of leisure touring vehicles. Established for over 60 years, we are currently looking to recruit a bright, self-motivated individual for a part-time position within our busy Caravan Sales Department The position of Caravan Sales Person is offered on a Part-Time, Fixed Term Contract and we are looking for someone to work 3-days per week, who is flexible to work up to five days per week to cover for holidays and busy periods such as events. Although previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, full, on the job training will be provided for the successful applicant. The main criterion is a willingness to learn and a desire to provide excellent customer service. The role involves liaising with customers both in person and by telephone with the aim of assisting them in their choice of caravan, updating the customer database and processing customer orders; compiling paperwork for caravan sales and taking deposits. Applicants should have experience in Microsoft applications including Access, Excel and Word.
